Febraury 2020 - Myllynda you are a Rockstar! I worked with Aka: Mindy on 3 bookings and she is the best that I have ever worked with by far. She is knowledgeable and well Informed on how to get things done. Her pleasant personality added to the great experience... Well, I wish their were a lot more like her.
This is in regard to the outstanding, go the extra mile service I received on two reservation I have tried for 5 days to remove a guest from the reservation and when I finally called Myllynda back, she achieved what nobody else could do. When I get an agent similar to Myllynda I’m always so relieved because the agent will get what I need done. She had a positive attitude apologized more than once for having to leave me on hold to get somebody to provide technical support for both reservations. I apologized to her for all the modifications needed for both reservations and she told me that she “loves multi-tab reservations”! Myllynda is a true professional and addressed my needs immediately. I never editorialized to her over the issues I had been having. I gave her the “facts” she dived right in and handled everything like the travel professional she is. I truly wish there were more agents like her! I want everyone to know what a true professional this woman is. Myllynda is truly a “shining star”
APRIL 2021 - I just wanted to let you know how wonderful it was to work with Myllynda this morning on putting several rooms together for Spring Break. She was so patient with me as I was gathering all the information and making sure all the flight information was right and confirming the amounts that each guest needed to pay individually. She definitely went over, above and beyond my expectations.
I requested your contact info from Myllynda, as she helped me take care of my reservation booked an Expedia and needed the deposit transferred to the new booking I booked with her. I wanted to email and commend Myllynda for a job well done. She was extremely easy to talk to and understand. Her friendly personality made the difficult task at hand enjoyable. She was very professional in her approach to the situation. Her knowledge of the system and policies was super helpful. I had booked a trip to Cancun in July but after hearing of the recent violence in the area we had become scared and wanted to transfer the deposits and travel insurance to a completely different booking. I was worried this would not even be possible and we would have to file a travel insurance claim and we would lose our money invested in this trip. Myllynda took care of all my needs and emailed all of the information for me and explained the process and what she was doing the entire time. She was very helpful and gave me tips that will help my travel in the future. I am sure you get negative feedback all the time and often hear of terrible experiences. I wanted to take time to commend her on a job well done and to thank you her for making me look good to my family and helping me grow my knowledge of the travel industry. Thanks for all yall do to help!

First of all, I wanted to send an email and let you know how helpful you were to me today.
I was in a panic with the hurricane-and had a few trips booked out of Tampa for a family vacation. Mindy made all the calls on my behalf to the hotels to get the penalties waived, and also confirmed with the airline that the flights had been cancelled and helped me to get a full refund for all three bookings. Her patience meant the world to me today, and really helped to cross the stress off my list!!! Even though this trip was unfortunately cancelled, I will still rebook again with Mindy, because she's the best!!!

Mindy (from Michigan) is a true asset.. she was so patient trying to help me solve a glitch with a reservation.. she was so thorough and professional, I was lucky that she answered my call..
